FrieslandCampina Vietnam Co., Ltd. started to develop dairy industry in Vietnam in 1995 with an annual investment of about 1 million USD. After more than 20 years of operation, FrieslandCampina Vietnam has become one of the leading brands in the dairy industry in Vietnam. More than 2,400 farmer households have signed purchasing contracts and are regularly trained and tested, providing about 170 tons of quality milk per day (accounting for 23-25% of the country's fresh milk). FrieslandCampina Vietnam not only provides people with more than 1.5 percentage of high quality milk per year, with brands that have been trusted by Vietnamese people such as Dutch Lady, Friso, YoMost, Fristi, Completa... but also creates create more than 15,000 direct and indirect jobs for workers in Vietnam. FrieslandCampina Vietnam became the first company in Vietnam to receive all four international certificates for management systems ISO 9000:2008 (quality), ISO 14000:2004 (environment) and ISO 22000:2005 (on food safety) and OHSAS 18001: 2007 (on occupational health and safety) by Bureau Veritas.
